Obituary:
Elsie Lorene Brower of De Kalb, Texas, passed away Sunday, May 8, 2011 at Titus Regional Medical Center. She was 88.

Elsie was born January 28, 1923 in De Kalb, Texas, to Willie and Maggie Baggett Marsh. On March 12, 1942, she married Arlton Harold Brower in Red River County. She was retired from Red River Army Depot and was a Methodist.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Arlton Harold Brower in 2005; her parents, three sisters and four brothers.

She is survived by a daughter, Vicki Brower of New Boston, Texas; a granddaughter and her husband, Gina Oglesby Raney and Greg Raney of New Boston, Texas; a grandson, Steven Grant of Nash, Texas; two great grandsons, Ashleigh and Colton Grant of Nash, Texas.

Graveside Services will be held 5:30 P.M. Monday, May 9, 2011 at West Bowie Cemetery with Robby Bates officiating.

Vicki and family, I am sorry to hear of your Mom's passing. Please accept the condolences of the Byron Brower,Jr. family of Nash. I have many memories of going to your house when I was growing up and the two summers that I stayed with Arlton and worked for him.
