Obituary:
Velma "Jeanie" Attaway passed away Tuesday, February 21, 2012, at a Tyler, Texas hospital. She was 60.

Jeanie was born May 20, 1951, in Tulsa, Oklahoma, to Elmer and Thelma Mock Massey. She was a homemaker.

She was preceded in death by a brother, Elmer Dave "Buster" Massey; and a son, Jimmy "Punkin" Leffler.

She is survived by two daughters, Irene Anderson of Nacogdoches, Texas and Opal Brown of Brooksfield, Missouri; a son, David "DJ" Mosss of Germany; two stepdaughters, Dawnell and Deedra Attaway; a stepson, Derrick Attaway; three brothers, Buddy Massey of De Kalb, Texas, Walter Massey of De Kalb, Texas, Timmy Hoover of Tulsa, Oklahoma; five sisters, Selma Charlene Owens of Glenpool, Oklahoma, Roxie Bertha Johnston of Tulsa, Oklahoma, Frances "Sissy" Ashton of Bristow, Oklahoma, Jackie Hoover of Jay, Oklahoma, and Vela Owens of Tulsa, Oklahoma; 12 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren.

Memorial Services will be 12:00 P.M. Saturday, February 25, 2012, at the Family Home, 2844 CR 4640, De Kalb, Texas 75559.
